I really really wish I could de magnetise myself from tv!
It has a sort of pull for me, and I watch just about anything!
Its almost a hiding place for me, when I dont want to face whats happening and I just put on my cordless headphones, and immerse myself in channel surfing
I wish I could reduce my tv time by 50 to 75 %
I WANT to reuce my TV time by 50 %
I COMMIT to reducing my TV time by 25 % this week...

Its difficult,
but I will keep you guys updated!

I have to admit I am a bit of a TV junkie, I used to watch about 5 hours of TV a day now I'm down to about 12 hours a week. I just kept thinking to myself how is this show going to effect my life Will it make me more money, smarter, more spiritual or happier If the answer was no , off went the TV. So I'm not at the point to get rid of it but I'm getting better.

The TV shows have degenerated to catering to the base instincts of people, with negative stories all day and all year around and perverted storyline for the various serials. I gave up TV for good long back and now I get the news from the Net and the Newspapers the next day.
Many of my friends are surprised when I tell them that I don't watch TV, but I don't have any regrets.

I threw out my TV set about 9 years ago because I didn't like the influence it had on me, and I haven't owned one since. I plan to never own one again.
Unfortunately, I have a tendency to replace the urge for useless information with my computer & the internet, but I'm working on getting over that, too. But hey, at least you tend to select what information you absorb much more in the internet than on TV.

I watch tv only with my favorite program that can improve my life.
Other than that i don't watch anymore.
Specially I don't watch Big Brother. That show is crap for crap mind.
Sorry but thats my opinion.

Don't let you kid watch TV alone. If you don't want not get his/her attitude when they are adult.
TV is dangerous if we don't use it wisely.
