OK, I'm ready to be taken under someone's wing & shown the ropes to wealth...as long as I don't need to spend out of pocket...if I have to spend out of pocket I would rather leave it in bonds where it makes milk money @ least.
I have done the "slumlord "role for several years & had my fill of what I call "culls" time for a change...Eric

If you don't want to pay anything just forget about it!

imo that's what I think. Just go to work then and lead a normal life.
