They are all around you. Look for successful people that you admire. Ask them if they could give you some time. Ask questions. Do not ask the usual "get rich quick" questions. Wisdom has to be drawn out with many questions. They will give you the answers but they do not want to "spoon-feed" you. They want you to do your homework and ask intelligent questions. They want you to take their advice if you asked them for it. The advice is not always what you expected, and may even seem unrelated. Older people ready to retire will often pass along their "secrets of success."

I would really love to find a mentor too but every time I think about someone I think that this person should be "over" busy...

If you have some tips on how to approach mentors, well I would take it :-)

Thanks

Finding a mentor is not really that easy, because there isn't any perfect person around. Perhaps you could learn to develop certain ideal qualities you admire in a few persons, but depending on one person to learn a load of life lessons does not sound wise to me. I really believe the best mentor is my own inner self--the subconscious mind, which contains every bit of information I need to know.

There are a lot of qualified mentors here in selfmadevip.

But if you want a more personal mentor, you can choose those people whom you know and whose judgement you trust most.
