It's only natural that we get angry sometimes. Can you share with us when was the last time you get really angry? And with whom, and what's the reason behind your anger? How did you manage it?

if a mam gets angry for a moment, he lose 6minutes of his life from lifespan. the last when i really get angry when i got punished because of some other fellow in my college .. he did the wrong thing and my lecturer suspected me and punished me.

Even if i was at the edge of being really angry, i would change my perspective and decide he/she isn't worthy of my attention.
My philosophy is this: If you get angry, the other person wins! The only person that gets hurt is the one that gets angry! It's like holding a steaming hot coal in your hand to throw at your opponent...
