Hi,
There is no doubt that an attractive and unique personality impresses others around you. A person should be self confident in order to build such a personality. Self esteem and self confidence can surely take a person to the peaks of success. On the other hand, low sense of esteem and lack of confidence can prove to be dangerous, both for your personality as well as your career.
Nowadays, a number of audio self help books are available that assist in building self confidence.

Agree with TVG, took the humanmetrics test twice and got two different results. Can't remember the first one 
this time around i did the test in a hurry and came out as INFJ - still suprised at how accurate the description is!
