Finding both my passion and purpose in life has definitely sparked my levels of motivation. But like Tony Robbins says "motivation is a temporary solution, we need to find out what really 'drive's us to want to succeed'. In other words, drive is a much longer lasting form of motivation 
P.s. it's fantastic to see that most of us share the same similar role models (i.e. robert kiyosaki, zig ziglar, brian tracy, tony robbins, etc.)
Just remember guys, when times get tough don't give up!

Jim Rohn is my number one motivation. Really love his CDs "The Power of Ambition." If you've never heard it, you're missing out!

I consider that motivation comes from your "why".
Why you are doing this. Why you want a better life.
It's all about the why and your one thing. Your one thing to which you are willing to surround yourself.

The best source of inspiration for me is reading.
I read somewhere that whatever your situation is, its already been experienced by others and therefore been reflected in writing by others.
Like Abraham Lincoln once said:
So no matter what I'm concerned about, I know that I can find the needed answer, inspiration and motivations in books, forums or articles.
