Ultimative mindblowing secret to state managing:D

When it comes to s state change the first advice you get is most of the time: Listen to uplifting music.
I personally think you should get your body involved and dance or jump just use your body in a uplifting way.

When I am in a depressed state it takes a little time and I often HEAR SAD MUSIC or when IA m angry angry music IN MY MIND.
I donA t know how much because itA s usually not in my awareness but I think IA m hearing music in my mind most of the time and It represents my current Emotions.
ItA s really every time now when IA m sad I hear a sad music in my mind itA s also a fact that since I listen to positive and uplifting music IA m more positive not just when IA m listening but the whole day.

So my Question to you is do you have that sometimes in your awareness to or am I the only one in the world :D

A great State change technique I found out is to imagine hearing uplifting music and to imagine using your body to that music.
When I do this my breathing changes and I am able to change my State quickly.

Try this and tell me if it works.

IA m not a native english speaker so you can tell me the spelling mistakes IA ve made IA m looking forward to become better in English (subject in school). :!:
