Time consumers
Hi all,
This is my first post here(really love this forum).
I want to rid of some time consumers like facebook, news sites.
but, I as called "addicted" , want to know the status and to be updated many times each day.
Beside to the fact that they are consume time, they also make me feel depress and un-happy(compare myself to others ,relationships etc.)
My first goal is to limit myself to only one day a week.
I failed to succeed this goal in past , any suggestions how to do it?
Thanks,
Johnny Cay.

first try limiting it to say 3 days a week or every other day...then you cut it to 2 days a week...perhaps you could do well with checking the news and fb twice a day... do it everyday but only twice daily say 2 x 30 mins and perhaps you'll be fine...in the meantime enrich your life with the interesting and fulfilling activities that will make yourself looking much better in your eyes....

other than that why cant you achieve relationships and other things which make you feel depressed when comparing yourself with others? I am sure you can..perhaps you already possess some things and qualities that make others envy you

When you're ready to quit, you're closer than you think. Do the thing you fear most and the death of fear is certain. Only those who are asleep make no mistakes, losing is simply learning how to win, there is no failure, only feedback!
