Subliminal message - does it works?

Hi,

I'm always looking for new ways how to stay positive and success-focused. Few years later, I used simple program on my windows which showed short motivational messages from time to time. It was so great. Unfortunately, I lost it and wasn't able to find it again.

). This is quite new app, but does exactly what I was looking for and which the rest of apps don't do. I gave it a try and so far, It's amazing.

What do you think about this method?

When the message appears I always read it and that gives me more energy. Does it really work so good?

Hey, if gives you motivation or inspiration then go for it! I think it's a great idea.

I find things like that more effective if I write them down and put them on my wall, somehow seems more "real" when it's on an actual piece of paper.

Either way, I have had much success sending myself subliminal messages by simply reading aloud a statement twice a day. After about a week it seems to be swimming on the surface of my mind and helps keep me motivated and focused.
