Starting a manga company need advice

It has always been a dream of mine to create a manga/ anime company. I am making my dream job into a reality, but I need help making it true. If anyone has experience in the industry or just wants to share anything about it. I would appreciate it. I need a fresh perspective, and view of where to go.
