SMV RULES and SMV FAQ

Sending PM's is a simple operation, simply click on the members name and then click on "PM: Send private message", write your message in the big box and click submit. When he replies a window will appear informing you that you have a private message and you will see "You have 1 new message" in your bar.

1. Check your address bar (when in Firefox or other browser) - you should see the rss icon
(two permanent global feeds, and two flexible - which are changed as you browse the forum)

2. Another link is in the bottom (bottom-left area of the page)
=> yellow rss icon: there you can generate custom feeds

3. The feeds are permissions based: so what you can see - you will see

Go to our first page and in the upper page section you will see the SMV Chat. The chat uses only Javasript and thus can be operated in almost any web browser. Your name will be the same as the one you have in forum. To send a chat message simply type in a few words in the input line and press "Send" button. Active participation in SMV Chat improves your promotion chances

1. Go to "User CP"
2. Select "Profile" > "Edit avatar" > here you have two options:
3a. Click on the "Display Gallery" button > Choose your category of avatars > Choose your avatar > press "Submit"
3b. Or Upload an avatar from your PC or from URL

1. Go to "User CP"
2. Choose "Board preferences"
3. Set "Attach my signature by default:" to "YES" & press "Submit"

1. Go to "User CP"
2. Choose "Profile" > "Edit SMV Map profile"
3. You need to drag the marker and drop it over your city (use zooming tool on the left)
4. Set "Show my marker on the SMV map" to "YES"
5. Press "Submit"
