By the way, sedona method is great, but be aware that is a learning curve to get the method to work for you, and even when you master the method, there are sometimes that you just can't release the emotion, not because the method is uneffective, but because there may be an unconscious resistance to release the emotion, and since that is unconsciouss you can't let go of what you haven't even seen and owned in the first place.
So don't be discouraged, but rather try to get the most from the method!. It's in a larger extent, a matter of practice!

Another important issue is to mention that the use of this method DOESN'T automatically and magically produce abundance, good coincidences, or an ability to get something for nothing, or to be lucky, or those kinds of things.
Sedona method is a tool to recognize that the emotion doesn't come from the outside, but from within, and therefore to be able to stop creating the feeling (release the emotion). It's not to get rid of annoying things, but rather for embracing those things and allow us to integrate them, and therefore to end the disconfort.

Holosync + sedona method is even more efective, because holosync promotes the skill of witnessing our internal process, so it gets easier to spot us while we are creating the emotion and to stop doing it.
