resisting my own growth

Post by amyth on Thu Sep 02, 2010 5:24 am

Hi,
I am a motivated ,inspired person.I have made my personal and professional goals.I follow and am much into Abraham Hicks and LOA.I guess I have developed a strong fear of failure and I am resisting my own growth and development.I do want to learn more of my field but somewhere I am delaying it,procrastinating it.Literally I can tell a person how to change his/her life in 7 days but when it comes to me :( I dont know whats wrong? I flip between my ideal self and my current self. Its like I am accelerating full on with one foot on break pedal!!

guys plz give ur suggestions how I can help myself :(

Thanks and Regards

As a coach, i help clients overcome procrastination by understanding the importance of managing their state.

Thanks for replying,
I have always believed that procrastination is a symptom of some underlying problem. If I am delaying a task ,it may means i am trying to protect my current mental state. As you are a coach plz suggest me some thing that solves the issue right to the roots.

Thanks & Regards
