Real or an Illusion?

Re: Real or an Illusion?
Currently I can sometimes wake up completely remembering the dream, reconsider its script/event, and then go back to the same dream and continue the experience. But it is possible only in halpf awake state, and such experiences happen only in the morning part of the dream (like between 5am and 7-9am, on weekends).
Try to increase you own control over your actions in your dream, beginning with control over small movements, like walking, flying etc (if you are aware of yourself during this dream).

Re: Real or an Illusion?
viktorados, are you able to do it almost every weekend
Can you use this process to make a scary dream better or to just extend an already good dream and make it great
I'd like to use lucid dreaming to make the great dreams even more amazing!
A friend suggested to me to set the alarm in the morning, when you wake up - remember your dream and try to go back asleep and use control. Has anyone tried this method

Re: Real or an Illusion?
I usually make my dreams more interesting: often you might be able to have a "cinema" effect, doing "unreal" and "impossible" things in the nearly real world.
The idea with the alarm is great, I think this is one of the triggers of lucid dream in my case, as often I have 1-2 alarms set, but on weekend I simply wake up, and then fall back to sleep (as I do not have to go to work).

I have been trying for a long time to snag it off the net but to no avail
Also, anyone trying to get more vivid dreams one could start taking Omega 3 supplements like Fish oil or Flaxseed oil. I know from personal experience that since starting with fish oil the frequency and the intensity of my dreams has increased very highly. And I am not talking about some stupid s**, Erotic dreams

Re: Real or an Illusion?
The most pleasant thing about it is that you are actually "God", you can do anything and still knowing that you dream
The biggest drawback is that you think all of the day how sweet was that dream, losing the joy of actually living and the fact that you will link a lot of pleasure to sleeping, so you end up sleeping more.
Another way i consider effective to lucid dream is to ask yourself regularly during the day some questions (maybe putting alarms on your mobile phone) with questions like:
1) Am i dreaming
2) Am i living the moment
3) Am i doing the right thing in long terms if not what can i do
4) How can i make it all better
...
With Respect,
