Quotes Manager (Desktop)

Hey all!

I am looking for an application that allows me easily to add quotes and eventually tag them. For example, I am preparing my two sets: 1.sales and 2.customer quotes. I wonder if you use or know a tool that will allow me to do this.
I found some on sourceforge, like CloudPad.0.7.2.12 or Mindraider (much more complex). Cloudpad is simple and Ithink will do the job, I am yet to test it - specially the search functionality. And yet to learn how to export/backup.

This is great and useful when I want to say/reply/discuss something with someone, customer and etc via email. This further makes me practice and learn more and more of these quotes and turn them into habits. I think you see my point
