Please help me in stammering issue

From past 30 years I am very much suffering from Stammering/Stuttering. I have tried many things to overcome but couldnt succeeded. Now I want to try Hypnotherapy.
So I am searching for hypnotherapy audiobook aur ebook for my stammering problem. If anyone have such file then please upload and give me link

i know a friend who had this problem and i have seen him overcome this thru a simple technique. he takes a tad more time than others to speak his sentences.he says that he makes them up fully in his mind and then says them.that has reduced stammering a lot.i believe that hypnosis helps to calm ur subconscious to allow urself to express fully while talking.that is all.reduce the stress that u experience when u stammer by consciously rejecting whatever feedback u get from the social situation(ppl laughing at u for stammering or others making fun of u as a kid since u stammered might be deeply embedded in ur unconscious for u to let go easily).Do this over a period of time and im sure u can overcome this problem.also try the silva method.it has helped me in reducing stress and related physical ailments...all the best..rememeber no failure only feedback

Kava is a herb. From its indications you might not think it relevant. Take it one time at full to double dose. After 1/2 hour speak to someone.
Do NOT drive, etc until you know what your reaction is. However, you probably will not feel anything.
