when you have a passion for something, think how many people are making a living from doing that same thing. chances are that you that is where your mission in life lies. when you pursue this mission relentlessly with the usual passion, success will come naturally.

Great thread!
Growing older has a way of turning goals into daydreams and planners into has-beens. Don't tell anyone, but I wasted almost a decade before waking up. Older (58 in May!), back on track now, life is a whole other animal. Brighter, bigger and much more beautiful than any daydream could ever hope to be.

Sometimes it seems the easy way, the level step or the line of least resistance is the answer. But honestly, where does that lead?

After returning to university for a few years and retraining for a new career I'm happier with my life than I've been in too long a time. Find the fun in what you're attempting and it'll become a challenging game instead of a bore and a chore.

People lacking passion never last for long.

Question is, how do we build that passion, enlarge our hearts and enjoyment and find the key to happiness? Maybe that's why we're all here, maybe that's why we're meeting like this.
What does not fill me makes me hunger.
