Most people who are aspiring for success felt discouraged if they realized that the hard work that they exert produces no result. They feel like quitting when they think that there is no more hope and no other way to succeed. That's a fact of life. If you work hard enough, soon you will be rewarded and not the other way around.
It's nice to know that there's a prize for every hard work and only if we hang on and not give up hope, then in the end, it will all be worth it.

I agree that honesty is very important for success.

I agree with you, success can only come with work, hard work. But i truely think that the hard work (really hard) is just for the beginning of the journey. Most of the people give up because they think they are not able to make it work and because they don't see quick results.
