I just came across your topic. So my advice would be late, nevertheless what I would've said back then is the 5km running at the end of the 30 days is IMPOSSIBLE for somebody without many months of prior training. The sprained ankle actually did good to you, your body was messaging you that you must be nuts :) . Setting attainable goals, even if they are less bold is more practical and doable IMO. Try concentrating on one task for a period of time, then on another. Eben Pagan said that smoking pot actually lowers less your IQ than multitasking :D .

Agreed with your point on multitasking, I will try to reduce it next time. Thanks! fyi, new pair of shoes relieved my ankle pain, probably my body was messaging me to buy one :)
