I was wondering just how illegal is this? How heavily is it enforced? Has anybody ever gotten into legal trouble from downloading links from this site?
I just want to clear this up before I get started to make sure its safe.

we don't host any files here, we've just indexed them, being a member here doesn't mean you will necessary download stuff.
Nobody here got into any trouble so far, so in my opinion it's pretty safe.
