Hi blueberry, dont get all red over this.......t

his is a common phenomenon due to negative suggestions since childhood.try not to think of a white elephant....what do you end up doing???thinking of a white elephant. So dont make negative statements in ur head..ull end up making them true.instead say positive statements like"im calm and composed for the presentation/lecture"etc....

2)Read psychocybernetics by maxwell maltz.....self esteem is what determines how much value you give urself in the presence of others.and if u value urself irrespective of the people around u or the "value" u give them(he is richer/smarter/beautiful etc than me...kind of value)...then u have a high self esteem.......cultivate the habit of attaching value to urself for no reason.ur born to do something special and only u know that......

all the best..let me know how it goes...

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what you mean the "white elephant". Yeah i will try to be a positive as possible.

"if u value urself irrespective of the people around u or the "value" u give them(he is richer/smarter/beautiful etc than me...kind of value)...then u have a high self esteem"
(You mean low self esteem?)*
Im not sure if im right but, i think everybody should get the same respect as everyone else. Even if the person is really famous, you dont have kiss his shoes because he really famous and do everything he ask's . He should get the same "value" anybody else.

I will read that book and let you know how it goes, thanks again. :)
