My 28 day challenge!!!!

Hi everyone. After reading arunmmw's ''21 day challenge'' thread, i felt compelled to start my own. I will be doing a 28 day challenge in an attempt to speed up my success. I have been having trouble deciding exactly what i should put in this challenge however, i think i have enough to start off for now. I will be using hypnosis, NLP techniques, and meditation during this time and look forward to any ideas given by the members of this board. Here are my goals for the next 28 days!

1)QUIT SMOKING
2)SET SUB-GOALS EVERY WEEK FOR THE SMALLER THINGS AND ACHIEVE THEM
3)FIND MORE HAPPINESS WITHIN MYSELF
4)BECOME A MORE CONSISTENT DAY TRADER
5)TRADE LIVE FULL TIME BY THE END OF THE 30 DAYS
6)GO SWIMMING AND DO CORE EXCERSIZES 6 DAYS A WEEK FOR ATLEAST 30 MINUTES
7)GIVE TO THE HOMELESS
8)READ ATLEAST ONE CHAPTER EVERY DAY FROM A BOOK OF MY CHOICE
9)SPEND ATLEAST TEN MINUTES EVERYDAY VISUALIZING
10)FIND A MORE POSITIVE ATTITUDE WITHIN MYSELF



Thanks to arunmmw for the inspiration. I actually started this challenge yesterday, but didnt have time to start a thread. I will keep you all posted by logging my progress daily. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Thank arunmmw. Ive also decided to add a bodyweight only training routine that will be done twice a week for about 15 minutes. Here it is :)


20 Bodyweight Squats
20 Push Ups
10 Squat Jump
10 Leg Raises (2 second pause at top)
15 Close "Grip" Push Ups
20 Lunges (10 Per Leg)
5 Dive Bomber Push Ups

Repeat one more time without stopping. Try and finish this bodyweight workout as
quickly as possible.

Ok so im three days into my challenge and everything is great! I have been using my ''happiness for no reason'' hypnosis mp3, and my Paul Mckenna ''hypnotic happiness'' mp3. Both have had a wonderfull effect. I have been swimming everyday, and look forward to implementing my bodyweight training later this week. My smaller goals for this week are all on track and im feeling very good about my progress. Im also taking celebrations advice, and meditating every morning starting tommorrow although only for a short period of time to start off with. 26 minutes to be exact, because that is my age. My trading is going very well and im finding im dealing with my present circumstances much better. All is well in my world :D
