Motivation on phone

Hi, what do you thing about motivation on the phone ?
I just download an app Motivate Me and I must say that it`s cool thing. I use it like a reminder to exercise. I set the time for exercise and in this time my phone give mi funny text and picture. Even when I don`t have strength to exercise when I see a picture I just rise from the chair and I do it.

What?s your opinion abut this kind of application ?
