JUST DO IT!

It is funny to see how a company spends literally millions of dollars a year telling people the answer to "how can I defeat fear", "how can I move on", "how can I....".

And the company that has constantly tells you the answer is... NIKE

"JUST DO IT!"
(I get goosebumps just by saying that).

I have had a rough life, and it has broght me a lot of fears... about 90% more than the average Joe.

But the thing is that most people can never tell this about me... not only that, they think of me as being the exact opposite of that!

I have no problem walking on stage and doing anything... or making people laugh by saying things that would make me look dumb (this was a big fear for me when I was in school, having others think or say that I am dumb).

I lead a normal life, I am open to new friendships, I am always the one to break the ice at social events, and I can be the center of attention if I so desire.

I can confront anyone on any subject, be that my boss, or my family members, or anyone.

I can speak honestly and from the heart.

All this I can do because I do NOT listen to my fears, I do not think about it, I just DO IT. (I do use common sense though, I just do things that I know are right, I do not go around hurting people or committing crimes).

And I apply the same thing to when I fall... they say that what makes a man is not the times he has fallen in life, but how many he as stood up again!

So, as you can see, it is simple, the fears will always be there, there is no point in fighting them, but you do not have to listen to them... Just do it!
