On a personal note, I can almost certainly say that my own experience while being a late-bloomer and looking quite younger than my age has something to do with my body just consuming less (i don't eat a lot since ever) and also some issues with my bowels that cause me certain health problems but that in all probability also cause me to assimilate less than what I eat, and by eating less, the body assimilates less calories, and that is the ONLY fact that is shown to reduce aging.

So, I guess I'm lucky in a certain view, I look good but in a quite slim fashion and also I have health troubles that come with it. I definitely don't have the strength that I should. And making gym is a stretch, muscle building is not that great either...

But hey! I can live more and younger! lol Its like i'm one of those mice labs, ya know!

It's a transformation exactly like... how a neat living person ends up as a rotting corpse some day.


I'm joining in with Aubrey's opinion: Death is to be avoided because being not alive is sorta like before birth - boring.
But hey, Immortality is probably not achievable anyway. If the timeline is long enough the survival rate drops to zero for each and every one of us.

Would be neat and perhaps even possible to make it to a four digit age though.
That is if you can afford it.

Paradoxically I could totally agree with this esoteric opinion.
It's just that you are conscious while you are alive and that the concept of "you" and "I" is gone once we are a rotting peace of meat without any consciousness whatsoever.

But thats just the thing. The ''I'' is infinite, and your consciousness is also. When you wake from this illusion we call life, you become aware that you a part of a collective consciousness, that has always been and will always be, there is no ''death'', there is only ''I''. Unlimited happiness is what awaits, pure love, ultimate peace. It is not you thinking that existence before and after this so called ''life'' is ''boring'' as you put it, it is simply your ego talking, not the ''I''. Whether or not you are aware of it, you have your wish, you are immortal.
