Guarana

Does somebody consume Guarana regulary?
I eat 3g of the Powder after Breakfast and after lunch and it gives me much more energy than normal coffee.
Guarana contains about 2 times more coffeine than coffeee however the real advantage is that it gets digested
in your bowel, and not in your stomach so the caffeine gets digested much more slowly.
The only disadvantage is the high price in my Country it´s 8€/100g.

I don't know if a negative response really helps.
I don't drink any coffee, it's POISON :!:
But of course that is my opinion and you are free to make yours ;)

:D :D :D
Don´t eat Guarana, after a few times of extraordinary energy you just get headaches from it this is also true for
drinking to much coffee.

When I made the above post it was still working for me
