Forex trading "robot"

Post by randomguy_rlz on Sat Sep 17, 2011 12:24 am

Hello, I am new to the forex trading scene and am very impressionable when it comes to "make-some-easy-money" products. That is why i wanted to ask you whether these "forex trading robots" can actually work?

If i understood correctly you need to program them yourself and make the rules that these robots use to buy and sell on their own. The one i have looking at was here http://www.methodcenter.com/product_info.php/million-dollar-pips-p-169

Can these be used to make trading simpler and better automated?

Sincerely,
Michael E.

Forex trading system software is more useful for the beginners and the part time traders. Forex trading robots can greatly leverage your profits by minimizing the loss and maximizing the profitable the trades.

A Forex robot is most commonly known as a Forex expert assistant. These computer based programs were created to aid foreign exchange currency traders make the most profitable trades available. The problem with trading is that most people find themselves to make mistakes too often or too quick to make decisions. Even experienced investors report this happening. Removing human error is the goal behind the Forex robots, which hopefully turns a better profit at the end of the day.

@randomguy_rlz . . .

"Robots," or EAs as Paul077 posted, are usually black box systems . . . meaning their underlying method(s) are totally undisclosed. People actually scour Forex Message Boards, steal ideas others are sharing for free, put them into the form of an EA, and sell then them (usually for $97).

I've daytraded full-time since 2000 and would never, never even consider turning my account over to an automatic-trading system that I knew nothing about -- except the seller's claim that it made money in the past. It's the ultimate appeal to greed -- get rich while you have to do absolutely nothing.

If you're serious about learning to trade, send me a PM and I'll point you in a different direction than Robots/EAs.

Good Luck!

they do not work, if they where, they would not be selling them to the public,
they might be going well for a few weeks and then when you least expect it, they will erase your intire acount, three are no profitable robots out there, period! they are all scammer trying to sell you a worthless product.
if you are reaaly interested in trading you should learn to do it manually.
