this is possible - it is called calisthenicks ( dont know the spelling) just google bodyweight exercises.

aerobics workouts would be good for building cardiovascular fitness.

I gotta tell you that the best exersize there is, Is Running.

Run or Jogg, i know you dont like them know but trust me. They make the difference and put you in the shape you need.

I have Lost 12 pounds in the last month in a half just by running.

YOU CAN DO IT! :happy:

I heard somewhere that you can visualize a form of exercise and it will work for you.

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what you're trying to achieve. If you want to gain muscles and be bulky, I think you need equipment. But you can also do those home exercises like sit ups, ab crunches, etc
