Well Finding balance in life is a very important aspect, Our life is like a wheel and and just like wheel has many spokes but one single hub in the center , for the balance of wheel the proper functioning of hub completley is required otherwise wheel cannot rotate, simillarly in our life we have many responsibilities in all the domains like social, business or profession, as a husband, as a father, as a friend and many similars intrests including our personal life and family life .

It is incredibley important for us to manange all of our life since a life which is completley balanced in all the aspects is only a complete happy and fulfilled life, so it is very much evident that we need to manage ourselves and have complete control over our life in all the domains, In order to lead a happy, peaceful, successful life we must strive to bring a complete balance and for that we need energy and right intellect and perfect ability to direct our energies in all the required domains of life.

Our lives are filled with so much noise and activities that we do not spend time with ourselves. For that we need to daily spare some time for ourselves in silence contemplating and breathing deeply and in a relaxed rythmic manner . when we bring rythm in our breath we control our thoughts when we control our thoughts we can control our lives and direct our energies in our chosen activities at any given point of time, though I personally recommend practice of Yoga for a complete sense of well being and total rejuniviation of Body, Mind and Spirit.
