So far in my life, i have lived my life motivated in avoiding pain. Unfortunately, pains in life are not easily avoided. People like me often wait until the the "pain" is unbearable before "trying" to avoid it.

This will often result in us constantly moving behind others.

Like bumper cars, we will move away from the direction of a negative impact. We eventually find out that life is far ahead of us when the pain sets in.

Therefore, I will change to pursue pleasure instead of avoiding pains.
It is on our failures that we base a new and different and better success

When I'm high motivated (after reading a book or seenig a film) I don't need extra motivation to move forward, sure :D
But when I need extra motivation, to move forward faster, concentrate on my vision and dreams, but this is not a minute work, I have to sit down in silence and ask myself what I want and what I do now. Am I to reaching my dreams when I will work in this manner In my room hangs a poster "What I've done today " It also helps me make steps to reach my dreams!
For me are effective both methods of motivation. But more often I use chasing pleasure :P
