Digital Tachistoscope (subconscious programming)

Post by serpient4 on Wed Nov 03, 2010 3:34 am

Hello!

First off I want to say that this is a great forum. The giving spirit is contagious and I am looking forward to interacting with the people who might be lurking around here :)

I was just training with Software for increasing reading-speed (eyeQ). After finishing another session i somehow got the urge to surf the internet, where I "randomly" found this:

Now I must say that I am quite exquisitely influenced by the work of Robert Anthony and the law of attraction in general. So here is my idea and/or question:

What if you would emulate the function of the tachistoscope on a Computer. You simply load pictures that have a strong meaning for you (concerning your personal goals) and create a slideshow, letting them flash only for a couple of seconds.

I know how strong affirmations and proper visualization can be - this however would enable you to simply re-focus and in an effective way put the attention of your subconscious on track. (which might actually be really useful when you get lost working at the computer for example).

Please, tell me what you think about the idea - or maybe you even have an idea how one can realize such a thing in Windows/Mac OS.

If you have any questions regarding what I wrote please feel free to message me :)

best regards,
