You all have a socially acceptable view of the correct skill set
In my opinion.
1) Hugely painful past experience to drive you forward ( look at any celebrity from Oprah > Jay-z, all had bad childhoods)
2) Competitive and absolutely driven to win
3) Precise, well stated goals that you go through every moring.
4) Marketing/Persuasion/Communication mastery
5) Never accepting mediocrity in any area of your life
