4. Time Management/Self Management and Priority Setting
5. Know how on to Maintain and Enjoy your success.

Great topic!
I learned and still apply these from my existing business
Masterminding with leaders - calls, one on one, at seminars
Cultivating Expectation of leadership - and being that leader first!
Personal Development - Our own curriculum and other books, dvd, audio etc
Income Producing Activities - advertising proficiently, prospecting, signing up new business partners
Meditation and Visualization - i.e goal setting, visualizing what it is you are wanting and "Why?"
I would like to add a 6th even though you asked for 5.
