21 Day challenge for my super life....

Post by arunmmw on Sun Nov 23, 2008 6:27 am

I remember those two months in China when i exercised daily for an hour, had recreation time for 30 minutes, studied for 1 hour, worked 10 hours and ate only healthy food.

Back to India, in this juggling traffic for 2 hours and 12 hour work day i want to have a come-back of my great life..

These are my action points for 21 day challenge.

(1)Wake up at 5 AM (5.01 = out of the game)
(2)Exercise for 45 minutes (despite heavy showers out)
(3)10 Minute meditation with SKY breathing or Pranayama.
(4)No junk food. I always think the concept of junk food is debatable. So, any food detriment outweighs its benefit for me, then its junk food.
(5) Productive hours at office. I spent some hour s chit-chatting with my colleagues, stop it and get on with the work. My simple technique would be to work continuosly for two hours and have a green tea or water break.
(6)Create 3 jokes. (I have fun doing this and people have good time listening these jokes)
(7)Traffic, no worries! (Make the best use of the traffic time with automobile university. only for listening I wish i buy a car, if not I am satisfied riding a bike to tackle this traffic)
(8)Have productive time (45 minutes) with family.
(9)Daily exercises to build communication skill.
(10)Go to bed by 10.30 PM.

Above all, I need to practice law of attraction. This is my highest priority. If i miss any of these even a single day unless i travel or fell sick, i need to start over again.

I am excited and ready for the wonderful ride. :)

why am i writing this, i know many have written about goal setting and achieving, However, my writing is for 2 reasons.

1. Whoever views this can once again witness that goal setting and achieving is easy and can be attempted by anyone.

2. To reinforce my thoughts in writing.

your comments are appreciated. Once I am through with my 21 days I will raise the bar and set more challenges!

I applaud you. It sounds like you have a healthy mindset for success in this matter. Just the fact that you've taken the time to acknowledge your situation and to have shared it with the universe shows your dedication. Be disciplined and allow the laws of attraction to work their ways! Keep us updated!
