Oh wow, the very first point can have a large impact on one's life. I cannot stress how much I agree with this principle.

Throwing oneself into any uncomfortable, awkward, unfamiliar, or even just putting themselves outside of their element does not only help promote success, but helps them exponentially grow as a person.

The concept may not sound too attractive, but the rewards that you will reap will greatly outweigh the initial, uncomfortable step.
